  • Booking information. When you book a stay, we collect the details needed to manage your booking and to meet our legal obligations as accommodation providers in Spain (including guest registration requirements). Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation.
  • Health information you choose to share. Our programmes are personalised, and the diagnostic questionnaire and consultations may involve information about your health and lifestyle. We only process this with your explicit consent, and only to tailor your programme safely. Legal basis: your explicit consent.
